Moises D. Vargas Jr., Vice President of Operations and Board of Directors members of WFS, Inc. served in the United States Air Force for almost 10 years as a military police officer. In 1994, while stationed at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, Moises obtained his Series 6 and 63 license to sell mutual funds in addition to his Life and Variable Annuities license. Moises has always been interested in the financial markets and in 2001 went back to college in and graduated in 2005 from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida with two undergraduate degrees in Finance and in Real Estate. While attending college Moises began to actively trade the Forex market.
In 2006 Moises obtained his Series 3 Commodity Broker license where he began to work with Commodity Concepts, an Introducing Broker located in South Florida. In 2007 Moises began to work with I-Trade FX, a Futures Commission Merchant located in Lake Mary, Florida. While at I-Trade FX, Moises worked in the Institutional Sales Division assisting Introducing Brokers and Money Managers. In February 2008 Moises was offered and accepted the position of Vice President of Operations with WFS where he oversees all client related issues and also servers as a secondary trader to Meryl Getline.
